SERVING SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SINCE 2017
For nearly a decade, drivers and businesses across Southern California have trusted us with their vehicles, boats, homes, and storefronts. We’ve built our reputation one job at a time — but don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what our customers have to say.
The Cure for Valley Heat
If window tint was invented anywhere, it should have been here. Steering wheels you can’t touch until September, dashboards cracking their way through their third summer, and that westbound sunset glare on Florida Avenue that turns the evening commute into a squint. In this valley, tint isn’t an accessory — it’s climate control.
It’s also half our name. At Rapid Wraps and Tint, we install premium films that actually fight Hemet heat, cut in patterns by computer instead of blades on your glass — in whatever shade you’re after.
Why Tint Matters More in Hemet
Three jobs, all bigger here than almost anywhere. Heat: a parked car in a valley summer becomes an oven, and quality film knocks down the solar load so the cabin starts cooler and your AC stops fighting a losing battle. UV: good films block 99% of ultraviolet — the rays that fade seats, crack dashes, and age skin on every commute (your left arm already knows). Glare: from sunrise over the mountains to sunset straight down the 74, tint takes the edge off the light you drive into twice a day. Privacy comes along for free.

Full Vehicle Ceramic Packages
Our flagship: ceramic film on every window in the shades you choose — the maximum heat, UV, and glare protection a vehicle can carry in this climate.
Front-Match for Trucks & SUVs
Here’s a secret about your truck’s factory “privacy glass”: it blocks eyes, not heat — it’s dyed glass with almost no infrared rejection, which is why the back seat still bakes. We match your fronts to the factory look, and adding ceramic film over the rear privacy glass turns cosmetic shade into actual heat rejection.
Windshield Strips & Sunroof
A windshield brow strip kills the worst of the overhead glare, and clear ceramic windshield options add heat and UV rejection you can’t even see — the single biggest glass on the car, finally working for you.
Window Tinting - Frequently asked questions
Does darker tint mean a cooler car?
No — and it's the most expensive myth in tinting. Darkness controls light; heat rejection comes from the film's technology. A light ceramic outperforms a dark cheap film on heat every time. Pick the technology first, then the shade.
Is ceramic worth the extra cost here?
In this climate, more than anywhere. Ceramic's advantage is infrared rejection — the heat you actually feel — and Hemet supplies more of it than almost any place you could drive. It's the difference you notice every single afternoon.
When can I roll my windows down?
Give it a few days — we'll tell you exactly how long for your install. The film needs to finish curing to the glass first, and our heat actually speeds that up.
My old tint is purple and bubbling. Can you fix it?
That's failed dyed film, and yes — we remove it completely, clean off the old adhesive without damaging defroster lines, and install film that holds its color for the long haul.
Will tint mess with my phone, GPS, or key fob?
Metalized films can — it's their known weakness. The carbon and ceramic films we recommend are signal-neutral: full bars, working fob, clean GPS.
My truck already has dark back windows. Why add film?
Because factory privacy glass is shade without substance — dyed glass that blocks view but very little heat. Ceramic film over it keeps the same look and adds the heat and UV rejection the factory skipped.
