Custom Graphics That Take the Hits
Hemet sits on the doorstep of some of the best riding in Southern California — Ocotillo Wells and Glamis to the south, Johnson Valley to the north, the Wildomar trails down the hill, and forest roads above Garner Valley for summer escapes. Between trips, all those machines live the same life: parked in valley sun that fades plastics, and covered in the scratches that tight brush hands out for free.
A UTV wrap handles both. It gives your side-by-side a custom, race-level look — and it becomes the sacrificial layer that takes the desert pinstriping, the roost, and the UV so your plastics don’t.
Why Wrap a Side-by-Side?
Here’s the thing about UTV bodywork: you can’t really paint it. The flexible polyethylene panels on these machines shed paint almost as fast as it goes on, which is exactly why the entire sport runs on vinyl instead. A wrap is the finish change for a UTV — and it comes with benefits paint never could.
The film shields plastics from the sun fade that turns black trim gray and bright colors chalky. It absorbs the light scratches and scuffs that hard riding guarantees. And when you sell or trade, you peel it — revealing plastics that spent their whole life protected, on a machine that suddenly looks barely ridden. Replacement body panels are expensive; a wrap is how you avoid ever pricing them.
UTV Wrap Options
From ready-to-ride kits to full custom builds, here’s how most machines get done.
Full Custom Wrap Kits
Designed to your exact machine — RZR, Maverick X3, Talon, KRX, YXZ, and everything else — with a to-scale digital proof before anything prints. Your colors, your style, fitted to every panel like it came from the factory that way.
Race Liveries, Numbers & Sponsors
Desert-racing style for machines that compete — or just want to look like they do. Number plates, team colors, and sponsor logos laid out to read at speed, with logos layered as separate panels so they can be swapped when your deals change.
Partial Wraps & Accents
Hoods, doors, fenders, and bed sides — targeted coverage that changes the look and protects the highest-wear panels without full-kit cost. Matte black-outs and two-tone treatments live here too.
Straight Talk on Plastics and Protection
A wrap is armor against scratches, not rocks. Vinyl is a sacrificial layer — it takes the brush, the roost, and the abrasion that would scar your panels. It won’t stop an impact that would crack plastic. For the highest-abrasion zones, we can spec heavier film where it earns its keep.
What gets wrapped. Hoods, fenders, doors, quarter panels, bed and rocker areas, and solid roofs. Cage tubes, textured black trim, and mesh don’t take film — and don’t need it.
New machines wrap best. Fresh plastics get a decontamination wash to strip factory mold-release residue, then film goes on before the desert ever touches them. Wrapping before the first ride means the plastics underneath stay literally perfect.
Finish choice matters out here. Matte and satin laminates are forgiving about the light scratching that riding guarantees; gloss shows its history faster. We’ll match the finish to how you actually ride.
Hard use has a math to it. A ranch or trail machine can carry a wrap for years. A machine that runs dunes and rocks every month measures wraps in seasons — and that’s the point: the film ages so the plastics don’t, and any single panel can be rewrapped without touching the rest.
Boat WRaps - Frequently asked questions
Why not just paint my UTV?
Because the plastics won't hold it. Polyethylene body panels flex and resist paint adhesion, so painted UTVs chip and peel quickly — it's why the whole industry standardized on vinyl. A wrap flexes with the panel, takes abuse better, and comes off clean when you want a new look.
Will a wrap protect against rocks and trail damage?
It protects against what ruins most machines: scratching, scuffing, brush rash, and sun fade. It's not impact armor — a hit hard enough to crack plastic will still crack plastic. Think sacrificial layer, not skid plate.
Do you wrap the cage and trim too?
No — film goes on the body panels: hood, fenders, doors, quarters, bed sides, and solid roofs. Tube cages and textured trim aren't wrap surfaces, and the finished look doesn't miss them.
Should I wrap a brand-new machine before riding it?
It's the best time. We prep the fresh plastics, install before the desert touches them, and everything underneath stays showroom-perfect for as long as you own it.
Can I still pressure wash it?
Yes — just keep the tip a reasonable distance from edges and seams instead of blasting them point-blank. Rinse mud soon after riding so it doesn't bake in, and the wrap will handle the rest.
Can you match my truck and toy hauler?
That's our favorite kind of project. One design language across the tow rig, trailer, and machines — proofed together so it all reads as one program rolling into camp.
